DriveAds UK, a trading name of Tyler Williams, a sole trader of 28 Wellington Street, Hebburn, NE31 2UQ (“DriveAds”, “we”, “us”), is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. You can contact us at hello@driveads.uk.

1. What Data We Collect

If you’re a business (advertiser): your name, business name, email address, billing address, payment details (processed directly by Stripe — we do not store card numbers), and any logo/branding links you provide.

If you’re a driver: your name, contact details, vehicle information, and payment details for referral payouts.

2. How We Use Your Data

• To process payments and manage your subscription (via Stripe)
• To send service updates and, where you’ve agreed, marketing emails (via Brevo)
• To manage our relationship with you and track service delivery (via Monday.com, our CRM)
• To produce and fulfil your decal order (sharing relevant artwork with our printing supplier)

3. Legal Basis for Processing

We process your data to perform our contract with you, to comply with legal obligations (e.g. tax records), and, where applicable, based on your consent (e.g. marketing emails you can opt out of at any time).

4. Who We Share Data With

We share data with the following processors, only as needed to deliver our service: Stripe (payment processing), Brevo (email communications), Monday.com (internal CRM), and our decal printing supplier. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

5. International Transfers

Some of our service providers (such as Stripe and Brevo) may process data outside the UK/EEA. Where this happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

6. How Long We Keep Your Data

We keep your data for as long as necessary to provide our services and meet our legal obligations, including UK tax record requirements (typically 6 years after the end of the relevant tax year).
